You can use a scraping tool instead of the index finger. Please note that you need to properly apply creams or essential oils to protect the delicate skin under your eyes from irritation.

Eyes up to the ceiling

Using the index fingers of both hands, gently pull the skin of the eye bags downward, hold this position, and lift your head and eyes up to the ceiling.

Slowly blink with this position and repeat 10-15 times.

If comfortable, try to look diagonally upwards to the left, and slowly rotate them diagonally upwards to the right. Close your eyes, open them again, and then repeat rotation 10-15 times.

Make sure you get at least 7 hours of sleep a day, sleeping on your back to avoid pressure on your face.

Maintain a diet rich in vitamins C and K, such as citrus fruits and green leafy vegetables, and be sure to control your salt intake. Excess salt can cause body swelling and water retention, leading to eye bag formation step by step.

The best time to get rid of eyelid bags is every morning before getting up. You can do some facial yoga or apply cold compresses on the under-eye area, reducing the puffiness and waking up refreshed.
