A friend of mine who is approaching 40 told me that he insists on swimming, running, or playing soccer to keep himself in the habit of exercising. But is often self-conscious about his double chin and other facial problems, particularly at work.

Day 1: Familiarize yourself with the basics of facial yoga

  • Focus: Learning deep breathing methods to relax each facial muscle

  • Recommended: Understand the general structure of the face and learn the positions and roles of the facial muscles.

Day 2: Reducing Forehead Lines

  • Focus: Learn to smooth out forehead wrinkles with your fingers.

Day 3: De-puffing (eyes)
